Ingredients:
lSeasoning Powder: 1 pack
lChicken: Boneless chicken thigh or breast, cut into 1.5 cm cubes.
lWater: 250cc (approx. 1 small bowl
1.Mix the water and seasoning powder until well blended.
2.Pour the mixture over the chicken, then massage and stir until the liquid is fully absorbed.
3.Refrigerate for 4 hours; after that, the chicken is ready for cooking.
