Ingredients:
lRanch Crispy Pork Rib Seasoning Powder: 1 pack
lPork Ribs: 3kg (approx. 5 Taiwan catties)
lWater: 200g
lBlack Vinegar: 50cc
lSesame Oil: 50cc
1.Cut ribs into 2 cm pieces; rinse and drain well.
2.Mix water and seasoning powder, then combine with the ribs.
3.Add black vinegar and sesame oil; stir for 5 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
4.Refrigerate overnight before cooking.
