Ingredients:
lRanch Salted Pork Seasoning Powder: 1 pack
lGarlic: 150g
lMeat: 3kg (approx. 5 Taiwan catties).
lOptions: Pork belly, pork shoulder, or ham (hind leg meat) are all suitable.
1.Sprinkle the seasoning powder evenly on both sides of the meat and massage for 5 minutes.
2.Add 150g of minced garlic and massage together with the meat for 3 minutes.
3.Refrigerate the meat for three days to allow the flavors to develop. Flip and massage the meat once every morning and evening. (If not consumed after three days, please store in the freezer.)
